Troop 35 has been invited to a “Dutch Oven Challenge” this coming Sunday afternoon (10/03/2021), at 4pm - at Walsh University. 
WHO: Walsh University Trek Club - Michael Sproull, Claire Campbell, etc.
WHAT: Dutch Oven Challenge
WHERE: Walsh University, The Drexel House
WHEN: Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021 @4pm until 7pm.  

Directions: If you are heading East on Maple St, turn right on Market Ave so you are heading South. Turn right into Walsh on Grove St. There is a Mcdonald's here, so turn right into Walsh at the McDonald's. Follow this road a short distance until it ends, and there is a parking lot in front of the Katherine Drexel house for you to park. The cookoff will be in front of the Drexel House.

What to bring: two teams of up to eight people to compete in the cookoff, 2 judges, ingredients for your dishes (remember this is a dessert cookoff), and enough dutch ovens and other materials (ie oven, chimney, etc.) for your two teams and the two Walsh teams. You only need to provide charcoal for your two teams.

There is a prize for the winning team, and drinks will be provided for all.
