JTE (Journey To Excellence)

There are two main references for a Troop's JTE (Journey To Excellence) and they are:

This "Scoring Worksheet" is beneficial in regards to its "Data Entry" (second sheet) -but, keep in-mind "The Year" -the year will say 2020 for awhile until probably towards the end-of-the-year when the District people will modify this spreadsheet for the current year of 2021. But, in the mean-time, go ahead and use the "2020 Scoring Worksheet" in order to give you a good idea where your Troop stands during the year - instead of trying to figure-out all of this for the whole year. (the third sheet of this "Scoring Worksheet" is a duplication of the "Troop Scorecard's" sheet from scouting.org where the Bronze, Silver and Gold distinctions are made.)
